Ho Lee Fook is a new street food business in Glasgow, Scotland, opened by husband-and-wife team Lee and Johnny Chung. The couple, who were born in Scotland to parents from Hong Kong, have brought authentic East Asian street food to the East End of Glasgow. They previously ran a successful chip shop in Airdrie for almost 10 years but decided to close it and focus on their Asian cuisine dream. Ho Lee Fook translates as Good (Ho) Wealth (Lee) Luck (Fook).
