Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order, this is a confirmation that we have received it; and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch parcels within 2 working days (Monday - Friday) of your order being placed and we use Royal Mail as our delivery service. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.
