We strive to dispatch orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) after your purchase. All deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, and you will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
While we make every effort to ensure that all items listed are in stock, availability cannot be guaranteed. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you via email.
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, please contact us through our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange.
For returns (except in cases where the goods are faulty), you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the items to us. Until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility. We recommend obtaining proof of postage from your Post Office (this is free of charge). Please note that unless the item is faulty, we cannot refund your original delivery charges.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items.
If you wish to exchange an item, please include this request in your email. We will do our best to process your exchange upon receiving the original item. If we cannot fulfil your exchange request, we will notify you and issue a refund if necessary.
